Jim serves as Chairman of OpenRoad and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Jim is also the Founder of Car Crafters, a five-location MSO based in Albuquerque, NM. Jim currently sits on the board of directors for I-CAR.
Russ Reynolds serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OpenRoad Collision. Russ has a long history and proven track record of building and leading high growth companies in consumer facing product and services businesses. Prior to OpenRoad, Russ served as the CEO of Spotless Brands, which more than doubled over his 3-year tenure to become the 5th largest US car wash chain with over $400M in revenue and half a million wash club members.
Sean serves as the Chief Operations Officer of OpenRoad Collision and is responsible for overseeing all operational activities across the OpenRoad family of collision centers. Formerly, Sean was the Director of Operations at Car Crafters, a 5 location MSO based in Albuquerque, NM.
