Here’s What to Expect When You Partner With Us

While most consolidators erase your brand identity and take full control, OpenRoad supports both your brand and your employees. We enhance your strengths while addressing your pain points with access to human and financial capital to help you grow.

1. Discovery

First, you’ll meet with the OpenRoad team to see if you’d benefit from a partnership with us. We’ll send you a Calendly link to schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting.

2. Preliminary Review

To begin the partnership process, we’ll review your organization’s financials and visit your shop. We’ll meet with you in person, after hours if necessary.

3. Offer

The next step is for us to provide you with a letter of intent (LOI), a formal, written document outlining the terms OpenRoad is willing to offer you for your shop.

4. Closing

The time period between issuing a letter of intent and closing ranges from 75 to 90 days. Once we’ve closed, you will officially be a part of our leading family of collision repair brands.
