OpenRoad Collision was honored to help make a meaningful difference in the life of a local Arizona family through the National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides program.
On February 26 in Phoenix, Arizona, single mother Sara Holman was presented with a fully refurbished 2020 Nissan Murano repaired by Allard Collision, an OpenRoad Collision brand. The vehicle was donated and restored through the collaborative efforts of industry partners committed to providing reliable transportation to individuals and families in need. Farmers Insurance donated the vehicle to be repaired.
Holman was nominated by Help Now AZ after experiencing an extended period of housing instability while raising her two teenage children. Reliable transportation can be a critical factor in securing employment, accessing essential services, and creating long-term stability, making the vehicle giveaway a life-changing moment for the family.
“This is going to help me and my kids move forward to our next step in life,” Holman said during the presentation.
The vehicle restoration was made possible through the dedication of the Allard Collision (Casa Grande location) team and the support of industry partners who contributed parts, materials, and services to bring the Nissan Murano back to like-new condition.
OpenRoad Collision extends its gratitude to Help Now AZ, the National Auto Body Council, Farmers Insurance, Enterprise Mobility, and all participating partners for helping make this special day possible.
