Through decades of dedication to craftsmanship, technician development, and customer care, Car Crafters expanded to five locations serving Albuquerque and Rio Rancho while earning numerous industry accolades, OEM certifications, and a reputation for repair excellence.
Under the leadership of the Guthrie family, Car Crafters became known not only for repairing vehicles, but for investing in people—developing technicians, supporting local communities, and helping shape the future of the collision repair industry in New Mexico. It’s flagship location on Montano is nationally recognized and well known throughout the industry as a powerhouse facility.
In May 2022, Car Crafters became a founding partner of Open Road Collision, helping launch a network built around preserving strong local brands while providing additional resources and opportunities for growth. Today, Car Crafters continues to operate under the same name and values that earned the trust of generations of New Mexico drivers, while benefiting from the support and shared expertise of the Open Road family.
