OpenRoad Collision Honors 3 RACE Graduates from Bill Knight Collision

OpenRoad Collision is proud to celebrate the recent graduation of three dedicated Bill Knight Collision employees from our RACE (Repair Apprentice Career Evolution) program. The ceremony, held yesterday in Tulsa, recognized the hard work, discipline, and growth each apprentice demonstrated throughout their training.

RACE is OpenRoad Collision’s structured apprenticeship pathway designed to develop the next generation of highly skilled body technicians. Through a blend of hands-on learning, mentorship, and industry-based training, participants gain the technical skills and professional habits required to deliver safe, high-quality repairs—skills that align directly with our mission and values.

Our three graduates have spent months honing their craft in the Tulsa market, learning from seasoned technicians and committing themselves to continuous improvement. Now, they officially step into their careers as full-time body technicians, ready to contribute to their teams and to the customers who depend on them.

At OpenRoad Collision, we believe in improving the lives of others—and that includes investing in our people. Programs like RACE ensure that talented individuals have a clear path to success, meaningful support, and opportunities to grow within a career they can be proud of.

We congratulate our newest graduates and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in Tulsa and across the OpenRoad network for years to come.

Congratulations Anthony, Grant and, Joshua!—your journey is just beginning.
