On June 19, OpenRoad Collision proudly celebrated the graduation of three talented Car Crafters team members from our RACE (Repair Apprentice Career Evolution) program in Albuquerque. This milestone recognizes their dedication, growth, and commitment to becoming highly skilled body technicians within the OpenRoad network.
The RACE program is designed to provide a clear, hands-on pathway for developing future technicians—combining structured training, mentorship, and real-world repair experience. Each graduate invested months of effort working alongside seasoned Car Crafters professionals, learning not only the technical side of collision repair but also the customer-focused mindset that sets our organization apart.
These three graduates have demonstrated discipline, curiosity, and a willingness to push themselves—qualities that align with OpenRoad Collision’s core values and our Purpose: To Improve the Lives of Others. Their training prepared them to deliver safe, precise, high-quality repairs while contributing to the strong legacy Car Crafters has built over more than 40 years in the Albuquerque market.
As they begin their careers as full-time body technicians, these graduates join a long tradition of Car Crafters excellence and a growing network of OpenRoad professionals shaping the future of the collision repair industry.
We congratulate our three Albuquerque graduates on this well-earned achievement and look forward to the impact they will continue to make in our community and across the OpenRoad network.
Congratulations Adam, Edgar, and Jacob—your journey is just getting started.
